David is responsible for managing and developing global operations and RPS regional UXO hubs that form RPS’ explosives engineering services. He has over 30 years’ experience working with UXO/EOD and landmines. Following extensive experience in the British Army Bomb Disposal Teams, he has developed a proven track record as a technical director and subject matter expert for both regional and global organisations. David has worked in both the humanitarian and the private sectors of the UXO / de-mining industry on high-value significant infrastructure and development international projects in more than 30 countries. He also represents several global oil companies as their UXO subject matter expert.
