Ideas and innovation
From digital transformation to emerging technologies and new markets, we embrace creative people and projects. Be part of a team that’s challenging the norm and making the world better.
People are our number one priority. We take health and safety seriously and our employees are rewarded with competitive salaries, opportunities to invest and many other benefits.
We believe in developing people and investing in the teams that deliver great results for our clients. Salary packages and benefits reflect performance and behaviours, and emphasise learning and professional development.
As an employee of RPS, you'll also have the opportunity to invest in our company and reap the rewards of our success via our Employee Share Incentive Plan.
As a global firm operating in 125 countries, we're as diverse as the communities and clients we represent. RPS is grounded in the belief that people should be supported to find the right position and that all interactions are based on respect, compassion and fairness. It’s a view that our people share: in our global staff survey completed in 2018, 82% agreed.
Want to work on the projects that matter, while creating a sustainable future for communities? We want you on our team. Explore our current vacancies for graduates, trainees, apprentices, consultants and leaders.
Our people are involved in work that enhances local communities. Globally, we’re a proud partner of Tree Aid - an international development organisation focused on unlocking the potential of trees to reduce poverty and protect the environment. Now in its tenth year, our award-winning partnership with Tree Aid is contributing to projects that improve community life while enhancing environmental sustainability and economic resilience in Africa's Central Rift Valley. We contribute to Tree Aid through global annual fundraising efforts and the participation of our people in Tree Aid projects on the ground in Africa.
Occasionally our internal recruitment team needs some support on those difficult-to-fill roles and we fully recognise that a good recruitment agency can be a vital part of the process. So we've created a Preferred Supplier List of trusted partners to help us when required.
This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies who are not on our PSL will be treated as gifts.
We’re not currently looking to add any more agencies to the PSL and we would really appreciate you refraining from contacting any of our managers or recruitment team with sales calls or details of your candidates.
