Marine search and rescue support
RPS’ ocean science and technology team rapidly builds situational awareness and predictive models to help clients respond to emergency situations of missing persons, objects or vessels at sea. We also support response agencies and marine operators to adopt and operate marine emergency modelling systems in-house.

- Determination of the original location of lost objects (backtrack modelling)

RPS is proud to announce our partnership with ITOPF to provide emergency response modelling and support services to the global shipping industry. RPS will combine deep expertise and its own leading scientific models to forecast the fate of unplanned releases of oil, chemicals, vapour, and objects into marine, coastal and port environments worldwide.
