
CAMPO – Digital project solution with myProjects
RPS partnered with the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organisation (CAMPO) in Austin, Texas, to modernise and streamline its project tracking and reporting processes. Delivered over six months, the implementation of myProjects provided CAMPO with a centralised, fit-for-purpose system that supports efficient program administration, real-time reporting, and greater transparency for staff, decision makers, and the public.

The result
The implementation of myProjects has delivered measurable benefits for CAMPO. By replacing manual spreadsheet consolidation and duplicate data handling, the system has reduced administrative overhead by an estimated three full-time equivalent (FTE) days each month. This has freed staff to focus on higher-value tasks and improved overall efficiency across the organisation.
The centralised platform has also strengthened governance, with role-based access, version control, and full audit logs ensuring data integrity and accountability. Real-time dashboards now provide staff, board members, and the public with up-to-date insights into Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) performance.
