RPS strengthens commercial and delivery advisory capability in WA with the appointment of Marc Humm

Marc brings more than 23 years’ experience in commercial and delivery leadership across the energy, resources and industrial sectors, with a strong track record of driving growth, shaping opportunities, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes from early planning through to delivery and commissioning.

In his new role, Marc will lead RPS’ Commercial Infrastructure and Delivery practice in WA, working closely with clients and project teams to strengthen commercial outcomes, delivery confidence and long-term value. The role also supports RPS’ broader Advisory offering, partnering across services to help clients navigate investment decisions, stakeholder expectations and delivery complexity.

Strengthening leadership for WA clients

With mechanical engineering qualifications and a practical, outcomes-focused approach, Marc brings deep expertise in: strategic planning and execution, proposal development, end-to-end project delivery leadership, and leading high-performing teams.

His recent work has also supported energy transition priorities, including initiatives in EV and Hydrogen, aligning with growing client demand for delivery models that can respond to changing market, regulatory and decarbonisation drivers.

A strategic hire for RPS’ growth in the West

Marc’s appointment reflects RPS’ continued investment in leadership and capability in WA, strengthening the firm’s ability to support clients delivering major programs across key sectors including energy, transport, ports and water.
