Expanding our strategic land expertise: Welcome Sean Silk

Sean joins us from law firm Blake Morgan, where he spent the last 12 years in their Planning Team. He brings more than 30 years’ experience, advising private developers and landowners on residential‑led strategic development, redevelopment and regeneration.

Experienced in managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects through the planning system, Sean will be supporting clients from pre‑application to determination and, where necessary, by appeal. He also has expertise in quasi‑legal technical planning areas including enforcement, permitted development, CIL, Legal Agreement Heads of Terms and lawful development. Based in our Abingdon office, Sean will be supporting our projects across England and Wales.

Sean commented: “I'm happy to announce that I've recently joined the National Development, Infrastructure and Planning Team at Tetra Tech RPS. This move marks an exciting new chapter in my career, expanding into areas of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) and Development Consent Orders alongside my existing areas of work.”
