Willie Madden

Willie has nearly 30 years’ experience working with RPS, with 17 of those in senior management positions. In that time he’s gained significant engineering and project management experience across Transport, Environment, Renewable and Buildings' Infrastructure. This has given him a strong understanding of clients, markets, industry challenges, and commercial risks. Previously acting as Project Director on a number of significant infrastructural projects and frameworks, Willie’s broad range of technical expertise includes management of projects, contracts, and multi-disciplinary teams, along with stakeholder communications, environmental impact assessments and renewables/energy development.
