Sue is an experienced project director with more than 30 years in the property and construction industry, specialising in health infrastructure and complex built environment programs. With qualifications in construction management and health science, Sue brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational understanding to every project she leads.
Her expertise spans the full infrastructure lifecycle, including investment assurance, business case development, health planning, stakeholder consultation, design management, and project delivery. Sue has worked across a range of contract models including Managing Contractor, Design and Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Construct Only, supporting both public and private sector clients.
Sue is known for her collaborative leadership style, her ability to align projects with operational needs, and her strong track record delivering health infrastructure in live, complex environments. Her advisory experience includes contributing subject matter expertise to infrastructure planning, operational commissioning, and stakeholder engagement strategies for major hospitals and health precincts.
