Matt Palmen is a seasoned consulting professional with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, economic, and public sector advisory. As Technical Director within RPS’s Strategy & Investment team, Matt brings a wealth of expertise in project and business case development, funding and financing, procurement, and the delivery of transformative economic and social infrastructure.

His portfolio includes major projects across New South Wales and Victoria, such as WestInvest, Faster Rail, Sydney Light Rail, Suburban Rail Loop, North East Link, and a range of metropolitan and regional hospital developments.
