Joe Ellis

As a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years' experience, Joe has extensive knowledge and experience in the property, transport, water, and energy markets. His range of expertise ensures our clients are provided with deliverable solutions to successfully achieve their aspirations. Working with the Division’s senior leadership team, Joe focuses on staff development in order to effectively manage the complex and inter-related project management demands of project timescales, costs, and technical excellence. He has developed a keen interest in the transport planning implications of major land use developments and infrastructure and has provided Expert Witness representations on many occasions.
