Senior Associate Director - Offshore EIA PM
Emily works in our Marine Consenting and Environment Team. She has a wealth of experience in providing support to clients in gaining and complying with all necessary marine and environmental consents. Emily has specialist experience in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, from the production of Scoping documents and Environmental Statements, to the Examination phase for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). She has experience managing and coordinating both the onshore and offshore components of offshore wind Development Consent Order (DCO) applications.
Emily has project directed and managed the EIA and HRA for a number of offshore wind farms, including Mona, Morgan, Berwick Bank, Hornsea One, Hornsea Two, Hornsea Three and Atlantic Array. She hasĀ experience of providing overall coordination and management from initial site selection to the Scoping Reports, the Preliminary Environmental Information/Draft Environmental Statement, and Environmental Statement to support the DCO application. Following submission of the application for Development Consent, Emily has provided consenting advice and support, as well as having responsibility for the coordination and management of technical environmental inputs during the Examination phase.
