Adam’s expertise extends across the full lifecycle of property and building projects. He supports clients with program coordination, procurement strategy, design management, construction phase oversight, and contract administration. With a focus on achieving outcomes in operational environments, Adam helps clients deliver built assets that meet strategic, functional, and community needs.
