Nicola Wass

Nicola is an engagement practitioner and facilitator with a focus on designing and delivering robust, effective and successful engagement processes–from focus groups to citizens’ juries. Her experience allows her to meaningfully facilitate workplace groups from C-level executives to front-line staff, and shape engagement processes with the broadest range of community members. A resourceful, enthusiastic and highly experienced consultant, Nicola has more than 25 years' experience in the private sector, government and consultancy, including 15 years in strategy planning and stakeholder liaison.
