CitiPower and Powercor own and operate two of Australia’s largest and most reliable electricity networks, supplying power to over 1.1 million Victorian households and businesses. Together they invest billions of dollars in major projects across both networks to maintain reliability, meet customer demand and provide a safe supply of electricity. 

RPS supported the capital delivery programs for major projects across both networks by providing stakeholder engagement and strategic communications advice for major urban and regional projects. Our Stakeholder Engagement Advisor was central to building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as key stakeholders on some of Melbourne’s most iconic projects like North East Link and the Metro Tunnel.

RPS provided on-the-ground support for the planning and delivery of major projects, including the ability to manage customer escalations and outrage due to the impacts of works in local communities.

As a result, communities were informed early and often, project partners supported works from inception to delivery, and disruptions were managed on time and on budget.
