RPS has provided a range of consulting services to support the investigation of key sports and entertainment precinct, Brisbane Arena.
RPS was engaged by Building Queensland to develop a Detailed Business Case for the proposed Brisbane Live Entertainment Arena. The business case considered the merits of delivering a state-of-the-art multipurpose entertainment and recreational arena and associated facilities in the heart of the Roma Street Precinct.
Working closely with the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority and key advisors, our team lead the project’s development and managed the preparation of the Business Case, creating a clear narrative for the benefits of investment in this key piece of sports and entertainment infrastructure.
With the awarding of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games to Brisbane, RPS has now been engaged to lead a Project Validation Report (PVR) to consider the new Brisbane Arena, within the Roma Street precinct.
Building on our prior work on the business case, our team is acting as the lead advisor for the PVR, working with departmental officers and managing an integrated team of expert consultants.
