Successful across four lots, there will be an opportunity for our London and wider UK team to provide a range of services, including landscape architecture, planning, transport and highways, and cost consultancy, plus environmental consultancy in support of these lots.
Through the framework, we will support Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) in its aim to deliver high quality homes and create thriving communities within the capital.
One of the largest housing associations in the UK, NHG manages a large portfolio of properties, from social and private rent to leasehold and commercial.
Over the next five years, NHG plans to build £2.8 bn-worth of new homes in Greater London.
The four-year framework contract, which includes an option to extend for an additional two years, is also open to other registered housing providers in and around London.
With extensive experience in the social and affordable housing sector in London, as well as across the UK, we are already supporting NHG in regenerating sites on the North Circular Road in Enfield and delivering the mixed-use Woolwich Exchange development.
Tanya Jordan, Director - Planning, said: “It’s fantastic to continue our relationship with NHG, having successfully worked with them in recent years to deliver high quality housing that has been transformational for communities in and around London.”
