Steve Rolls

Steve has more than 30 years’ experience providing overall strategic environmental advice and direction to a diverse range of iconic and award-winning projects, which require progressive and innovative thinking including recent urban, infrastructure, resource and renewables projects. He delivers strategic analysis of environmental data and provides meaningful and measured development and approvals advice for the preparation of development plans that can be technically defended within the regulatory authority assessment framework, whilst providing sustainable and commercial outcomes. 

Steve provides strategic project management, senior-level state and federal advocacy, environmental approvals strategies, high level regulatory authority liaison and negotiation, identification and rationalisation of project opportunities and constraints, responsive design, impact analysis, and sustainable and commercial management solutions. He has been a member of the Western Australia Environmental Protection Authority’s Stakeholder Reference Group since 2010. He is a past Councillor of the Urban Development Institute (WA), and current Environment Committee member (and past Chair).
