About Lisa

Lisa Platt is currently a Planning and Development Director for a key Defence facilities and infrastructure project. With 26 years of experience as an engineering officer in the Australian Defence Force, Lisa brings extensive knowledge in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Defence sector.

Prior to joining RPS, Lisa served as a Project Director within the Department of Defence’s Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch, where she managed major capital projects supporting the Australian Army, Navy, Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), and the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). In this role, she led procurement processes, negotiated contracts, and managed construction contracts for Managing Contractor, Head Contract, and Design Services agreements.

Since joining RPS in 2021, Lisa has continued to lead high-profile Defence infrastructure projects. Through taking the responsibility of early development phases of projects, including scope definition, design coordination, cost planning, and the delivery of critical business case documentation and procurement strategies, Lisa delivers on important projects for the Australian Defence sector.

Lisa is known for her strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as her ability to manage complex programs within highly regulated environments. Her deep understanding of Defence governance and compliance ensures the successful delivery of critical national infrastructure.
