Do I have to build my company into ComplianceMap myself?
No, RPS’ team of EHS experts will work with you to understand your company’s and facility’s compliance responsibilities. We will take that information and documentation and build into a company-specific online system. Everything will be entered and checked for you, so that all company users can fully engage with the platform from day 1.
Who has control of the system once it goes live?
Once you have been trained and the system is active, you will have total ownership and control. You can choose which users have which rights, to be able to make changes or customize your system. However, if you need any assistance or do not want control, RPS is here to help you with any and all changes. Our expertise is still available once your system goes live.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, the Tasks Mobile app allows users to manage their notifications, tasks, schedules, and assessments from any smart phone or tablet.
Is there a limit to the number of locations or users I can add to ComplianceMap?
No, there is no limit to the number of locations or users. ComplianceMap allows you to organize locations and users in any organization, hierarchy, group, or region that may be preferred. Annual subscription fees are based on the number of locations built into the system.
How will I be notified about compliance deadlines or obligations?
You will be notified via email about upcoming tasks that you are responsible for. You can set your notification preferences to update you weekly or monthly, as well as prior to specific deadlines. Managers will be notified about tasks due to their subordinates, and if tasks are overdue or late. Finally, you can customize your dashboard, so you have an immediate picture of all upcoming tasks as soon as you sign-in to the system.
Will this system file my environmental reports (Tier 2, Form R, AER, etc.) for me?
The system will not automatically file reports for you, as different states and agencies all have different portals and preferences on how to submit reports. However, detailed instructions will be provided for any reports that you may be required to file. RPS will specify the instructions to exactly what your facility needs to do for each state or region that applies. Your company user will ultimately be responsible for the actual submittal of any reports or registrations.
If I sign up and later decide to cancel, what happens to all of our records?
All of your records will be available to download to zip file. You can export all materials that were stored or entered into ComplianceMap for transfer somewhere else. Additionally, with enough notice, you can be given a trial period to phase out use of the system.
