Strengthening our well-established team has been our top priority to support our high-profile clients in delivering exciting projects across the build to rent, data centre, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and aviation sectors.
Steering pivotal high-rise build to rent developments, we’re project-managing major schemes such as the highly anticipated Moda Great Charles Street project. After collaborating with Moda Living on The Mercian, we’re proud to support the delivery of another iconic residential-led mixed use development set to join Birmingham’s skyline. Towering at 39 storeys, Great Charles St will provide 722 new homes for rent, alongside a gym, green spaces, roof terraces, communal lounges, co-working spaces, and boutique retail and café-bars.
Most recently, we’ve completed the Loudon’s Yard phase of the Moda New Garden Square project in Edgbaston, Birmingham, providing 398 residential units for a wider development that will ultimately feature 2,000 units and £6m in new public realm enhancements.
We’re continuing to support schemes at Port Loop, Birmingham Airport, as well as affordable housing projects, and data centre developments for Telehouse.
To deliver these exciting schemes, we’re growing our project management teams across the UK, with Nicola Burley heading up our Birmingham team, Peter Farrimond in London, and Rick Harnedy in Manchester.
