RPS strengthens portfolio and program management capability with appointment of Technical Director Ray Moller

With a background in engineering and a career spanning complex, high-risk environments, Ray brings deep expertise in enterprise program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and portfolio oversight. He brings to RPS extensive experience in the national and international games delivery with involvement in 2012 and 2032 Olympics and the 2018 Commonwealth Games.  His work consistently results in structured, transparent, and performance-driven program frameworks, supporting clients to build delivery confidence and achieve strategic outcomes.

A seasoned leader, Ray is known for establishing and maturing enterprise PMOs, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and embedding portfolio and program models that drive tangible positive outcomes. His ability to connect strategy with implementation has helped Government and public sector organisations align their programs with policy priorities, uplift internal capability, and deliver more predictable, value-focused outcomes.

Ray’s appointment reflects RPS’s continued investment in national portfolio and program advisory services, where RPS is currently supporting major, highly complex initiatives with across an array of sectors. Speaking about joining RPS, Ray said:
