With an infrastructure advisory career spanning more than two decades, Jonathan has advised and led many high-profile, high-value infrastructure and energy transactions in Europe, North America, and beyond.
Prior to joining RPS he was based in New York, leading due diligence processes, deal structuring, negotiations, and transactions for multi-national clients including Ports America Group, Transurban Chesapeake, AltaGas, Buckeye Partners, and Puget Sound Energy.
At a key point in the expansion of our European Deal Advisory services, Jonathan’s expertise strengthens our 40+ years of experience providing Environmental Due Diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and property transactions.
Further afield, RPS has recently established a new team in Singapore, strengthening our Deal Advisory capability in Asia and Australasia. With so many clients exploring opportunities in new asset classes – renewables and digital in particular – the firm will look to grow the team quickly in line with client needs, and strong global demand.
Director for RPS’ Deal Advisory team, Dr Merrill Lee, said now is the right time to extend RPS’ Deal Advisory offering in the UK, Europe, and beyond.
“Infrastructure investors want independent, objective and credible advice that can help them invest strategically and sustainably, particularly in advanced markets like the UK, Europe, the US, and Australia,” said Dr Lee.
“RPS has a long history of supporting the UK and Europe’s most important transport, energy, and other infrastructure projects through planning, design, and delivery. Growing our Infrastructure Deal Advisory practice is just one more way that RPS is supporting our clients to invest for the future.
“We’re excited to welcome Jonathan to RPS, and to support new and existing clients to invest wisely in these important markets,” he said.
