RPS appoints Roddy Adams, expands deal advisory team in South-East Asia
RPS has welcomed investment advisory specialist Roddy Adams to our global deal advisory team.
Roddy will take on the role of Director - Deal Advisory and Country Lead for Singapore, providing on-the-ground support to RPS clients in this thriving South-East Asian market.
With international experience as a project advisor, sponsor, investor, lender and bond arranger, Roddy brings expertise from decades of work with organisations including Scottish Enterprise, Bank of Scotland, Scottish & Southern Energy, RBS, NAB, KPMG, Atkins (SNC Lavalin), and most recently, Westpac.

RPS is committed to supporting clients in places they operate, so it’s a natural step to extend our deal advisory presence into the global financial hub of Singapore.
“This year alone our team has successfully advised on some of the most significant infrastructure deals being transacted around the world, bringing technical, operational, commercial, financial and economic expertise to uncover value and mitigate risk,” added Dr Merrill Lee, RPS Australia Asia Pacific Lead for Deal Advisory.
“Roddy will work closely with our rapidly growing team providing end-to-end support for the region’s most important energy, telecommunications, transport, and social infrastructure transactions. He is the perfect fit for our organisation, and we’re very pleased to welcome him to team RPS!”
Commenting on his appointment, Roddy said:
“I am delighted to be joining the growing, strong, and vibrant organisation that is RPS. It was an easy decision! I look forward to supporting our partners in Asia and re-connecting with old friends and clients in Singapore.”
