Sanctuary Cove is an integrated resort community on the Gold Coast featuring 2,350 residential dwellings, a marina, shopping village, international hotel and two championship golf courses.
Since 1989 our Gold Coast surveying team has provided survey and titling expertise to ensure the resort is developed in accordance with the Sanctuary Cove Resort Act 1985. Over the years our work has expanded to include town planning, government relations, and master planning strategy advice.
Our services include:

Survey plans for the leasing of the 80 speciality retail outlets and offices at the waterfront Marine Village shopping precinct
