The vendor’s environmental due diligence process included the completion of desk studies, site inspections and interviews to appraise operations, management and legal compliance as well as a review of neighbouring impacts, for over 85 sites. These services were delivered within a compressed time-frame to meet deal timescales.

The RPS reports were included in the sales pack and enabled environmental considerations to be framed in a suitable context and avoided any 11th hour complications or unnecessary leverage on price.
