RPS has continuously worked with a global mineral processor and specialty mineral additive manufacturer for over 15 years. The relationship began when RPS conducted due diligence on the company for a private equity sponsor in the early 2000s. After completing the acquisition, RPS continued to work with the company as it grew through almost 20 add-on acquisitions from a small, regional US company to a global manufacturing company with locations across six continents. RPS has worked with the company on each acquisition, whether it was a small single facility, or a larger multi-national transaction, to conduct environmental due diligence, and develop post-close plans to remedy identified gaps and deficiencies.
