Phase 1A consisted of 49 plots comprising 35 houses and 14, three-story apartment blocks. Phase 1B consisted of 76 plots, all consisting of houses.

Initially, we provided a full review of all standard house types and technical details to be used on the project to ensure that all information was compliant with current building regulations. We also checked and approved all subcontractor designs.
We successfully re-designed the standard houses in line with new designs submitted for planning and developed new details to accommodate the new house type range. The re-design involved the production of foundation plans, general arrangement drawings, carcassing plans, roof plans, detailed sections, electrical layouts, sales plans and bathroom/ensuite elevations.
