Drawing on our experience working with clients in the water industry and beyond, RPS supported Coliban Water to implement the first phase of the transformation process – preparing its people for change and establishing a clear implementation plan.

Shaped a pragmatic 90-day rolling delivery plan with clearly articulated governance, ownership and accountability for initiatives
Revised Coliban Water’s existing Delegations Framework to enable efficient, effective decision-making
Mapped future governance changes to enable capital delivery and transformation
Developed a new Employee Experience Journey Map, Employee Experience Strategy and Implementation Roadmap to support Coliban’s Value Proposition and brand, change management, nurture and retain talent, and improve employee experiences overall
Supported Coliban Water’s to capture views, build awareness and create alignment across functions and teams
Through strategic transformation planning and meaningful engagement with stakeholders, RPS has helped Coliban Water to create a clear plan, and secure buy-in from stakeholders to take the next important step – implementation. The Board has now approved proposed changes to delegations, and the Transformation Roadmap will guide ongoing changes to the organisation’s culture, governance, talent, communications, and more.
RPS is continuing to support Coliban Water to manage its change program and ultimately increase its capital delivery capacity, capability and confidence.
