Business Sale - Industrial Engineering

We were commissioned to support the sale of a well-established industrial manufacturer in central England during COVID-19 lockdown controls and to expedited transaction timeframes.

We performed environmental due diligence on the business including:

  • A site inspection to observe current manufacturing practices and site features
  • Identification of areas of weakness in relation to environmental practice
  • Identification of environmental compliance status and required improvements
  • Provision of advice on possible improvements to make the sale of the business more attractive to a buyer from an environmental perspective

In addition, we reviewed corporate environmental procedures, practices, policies and records to identify possible red-flag areas where a potential purchaser could seek to revise their offer.
