RPS’ Gold Coast planning and survey team have supported Fraser Property Group to prepare masterplanned community Brookhaven for planning approval and residential sales.

Midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and surrounded by natural bushland, Brookhaven Estate is a new masterplanned community which will become home to 1650 houses. Adding to the appeal of the estate will be conservation areas, playgrounds and parks, and a commercial centre.
Our Gold Coast team has been working with property developer Fraser Property Group since the project’s inception in 2011. Our planning team provided their expertise preparing the project for the development application and our surveying team undertook topographical, as-constructed and site surveys, and plan sealing.
