Subdivision expertise delivers project success
Located in the Cairns CBD, the Bailey presented a unique challenge for our surveying specialists with the complex development aspiring to create three precincts- hotel, commercial and residential apartments.
With the property consisting of a basement, a three-level podium and two 12 storey towers, our team was engaged to provide construction and cadastral surveying expertise for the project.
Engaged for two years of the development’s planning and construction, our experts delivered a key component of the project to create separate titles for the hotel and residential apartments through subdivision by volumetric format lots.
