The Mayor's Economic Plan for London

Just before Sadiq Khan began his first term as London’s Mayor, a report titled “London: The Global Powerhouse” was produced by the Greater London Authority (GLA), heralding London as the UK’s global city, Europe’s preeminent global city, the world’s leading international city, and the capital of the world. These are bold, inspiring words, but do they remain true?
