We are recruiting across our Consulting business and have multiple opportunities across disciplines and locations. Click here to search all graduate opportunities.
Please only make one graduate application for the opportunity that is best suited to you. We only accept one application from each candidate per graduate intake, however, you’ll have the option to select multiple locations depending on the opportunities we have available. Please make sure you read the job description attached to each role so you can make sure you have selected the right role for you. Please inform your recruiter if you have made an application to any other Tetra Tech or subsidiary companies.
Before making your application, please ensure you meet the minimum entry requirements by checking the job description.
As well as the right qualifications and skillsets, we also look for candidates who demonstrate RPS' values and a passion to improve environments and communities. We look for confident, numerate and analytical team players with first-class communication skills, positive attitudes, and the drive and determination to succeed.
We're always looking for exceptional people in a range of fields across our areas of expertise.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer sponsorship under Skilled Worker Visas to graduates. This means we cannot sponsor candidates who don't currently have the right to work in the UK even if they possess a valid Student Visa or Graduate Visa. We are able to support candidates with pre-settled, refugee or settled status. For further information please visit the UK Visas and Immigration website.
In brief our application process follows these steps:
- Search for suitable roles via our careers site
- Register with a username and password if prompted
- Upload your CV and covering letter
- Apply for suitable opportunities
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly after we receive your application
If your application is successful, our Talent Acquisition Team will contact you to seek further information about your skills and experience. If you meet the requirements for the position, you will be invited to our Assessment Centre which includes an interview. If you are successful, we will offer you a position with us.
As part of the selection process, it's mandatory to upload a covering letter as we will not process your application without one. In your covering letter we would like to know why you are interested in RPS, the discipline you are applying for and a little about you.
Our closing date for 24-26 Graduate Scheme applications is 5th January 2024. But please note we may close earlier if we have a very high volume of applications. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We do take on graduates throughout the year in many of our service lines, check for live opportunities on our careers site.
Please contact UKRecruitment@rpsgroup.com and let us know if you are experiencing any issues. Please attach any screen shots that may help resolve the issue.
The assessment centre will be an opportunity to spend time with your recruiter and other applicants being considered for the role. This is your chance to show us your best in a series of activities as well as an opportunity for you to learn more about RPS.
As part of the assessment centre, you'll have an interview where you’ll meet some of the team you could be working with. This interview is an opportunity for you to showcase your relevant skills and suitability for the role, but also to ask any questions on how the team work and what to expect in the role day to day.
We’ll let you know as soon as possible if you’ve been successful in securing a position.
Assessments centres are likely to take place between February and March 2024. However, some dates may vary depending on the role you've applied for. You'll be kept informed by the Talent Acquisition Team and guidance will be provided throughout the process.
You'll be able to log in to our candidate portal and review your profile to see your application status. You will also receive email updates regarding your application as it progresses through the selection stages.
