Welcoming Christian Herbert to our Project Management team

We’re delighted to welcome Christian Herbert to our Project Management team.

Christian has 8 years’ experience in the construction industry as a building surveyor, employer’s agent, and project manager. Supporting a wide variety of projects, Christian has delivered pre- and post-contract project management services from feasibility to practical completion. He has built up substantial experience in leading projects in his role as employer’s agent in the affordable housing, build to rent and industrial and logistics sectors.

In his new role at RPS based out of our Birmingham office, Christian will be supporting our projects on City Centre West Wolverhampton, a mixed affordable and build to rent scheme of circa 330 unit apartments with an adjacent market pavilion and public realm works. He’ll also be part of the team delivering Swan Lane, West Bromwich, remediating a brownfield site into an affordable housing development of 147 new build dwellings.

Christian aims to gain valuable project experience and become qualified as a chartered project manager with the RICS in the process.
