Sydney Water Ties Strengthened Still Further
05 June 2014 | 1 min read
RPS has secured an agreement with Sydney Water to provide community relations services to its Network Facilities Renewals Program (NFRP), and to extend our contract as sole provider on their community relations panel (CRP).
The NFRP consists of Sydney Water’s entire capital works program and is being managed by a joint venture between John Holland and Lend Lease working in collaboration with Sydney Water’s own team.
Our contract will see five full-time resources, including a senior Community Relations Manager, seconded to the NFRP for 12 months, with the possibility that this arrangement could be extended for a further four years. The CRP agreement extends our role as sole provider for 12-18 months beyond the existing contract expiration date of April this year.
This arrangement builds upon RPS’ decade-long relationship with Sydney Water, during which time we have delivered community relations services to some of the organisation’s most successful alliances and projects.
