Successful appointment to NHS SBS consultancy framework
The new four-year framework contract, which can be used free of charge by the NHS and any other public sector organisations, covers the whole of the UK and is valued at approximately £1.6 billion.
We’ve won places on eight of the 11 lots tendered:
- Lot 1 – Architectural Services
- Lot 2 – Project Management
- Lot 3 – Civil & Structural Engineering
- Lot 4 – Quantity Surveyor
- Lot 6 – Principal Designer Services (inc. Health and Safety)
- Lot 7 – Multidisciplinary Services
- Lot 9 – Healthcare Planning
- Lot 11 – Ancillary Services
RPS has extensive experience in delivering projects across all areas of the NHS, including acute, primary, and mental health. These projects range from alterations and small extensions to existing surgeries, to large new build projects and site-wide master planning, working directly for GPs, Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LiftCo), Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and NHS trusts.
