Strengthening our economic planning and advisory services: Welcome Tim Ashwin

Tim brings over 20 years of national and international experience specialising in economic appraisals, funding studies, business cases, due diligence, regulatory reviews, and socio-economic evaluations for infrastructure and development projects. His diverse sector background includes transport, urban regeneration, social infrastructure, commercial and residential development, and green infrastructure.

Based in our Cardiff office, Tim will be driving the development and growth of our economic planning and advisory services across the UK. He will support public and private sector clients in developing and delivering strategic projects by providing analysis and advice to aid planning, funding, financing, approval, and implementation. This includes demonstrating the full socio-economic value of infrastructure projects, building the case for government funding, and assessing investment proposals for viability and deliverability.
