RPS recertified as a family inclusive workplace in Australia
RPS has received official certification as a Family Inclusive Workplace™ for the second time.

We were first certified in 2021 and have now achieved another two-year accreditation.
The Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) program was launched by UNICEF Australia and Parents At Work to introduce national standards and a recognition framework for workplaces to become certified as family inclusive.
RPS’ People Director, Karina Cossum says the latest certification is an important endorsement of RPS’ ongoing commitment to supporting a family-friendly workplace culture.
“We’re incredibly proud to have received this. RPS works hard to foster an inclusive workplace, including for those who have family and other caring commitments outside of work.”
To receive ongoing accreditation organisations must demonstrate how they are evolving their policies and procedures to support their employees.
Karina says RPS consistently updates policies and adds new services when needed.
“It’s important to support our employees who have family and caring responsibilities. Working with Family Friendly Workplaces is an important part of this process and reinforces our commitment to promoting a work life balance.”
