RPS partners with Uber for evidence-based engagement

RPS is delighted to announce it will be working with Uber Australia to deliver its new driver-partner and delivery people Advisory Forums across Australia in 2021.
The Advisory Forums will allow Uber to share ideas in open dialogue with its driver-partners and delivery people and to dive further into some of the more complex issues they face.
Uber and RPS will listen to what partners have to say so that improvements can be identified to enhance driver-partner's and delivery people's experience.
RPS brings a unique mix of engagement, policy and analytical skills that will help Uber shape future strategies to the benefit of its driver-partners and delivery people.
“RPS has a long history of working with transport industry stakeholders across Australia and has delivered engagement and insights on significant projects and programs. We are looking forward to working together on this initiative,” said Amanda Gilmore, head of Uber’s Australian driver division.
“Together, Uber and RPS recognise the need for engagement to be meaningful and evidenced-based to really shape the ongoing operating environment for Uber and its partners, now and into the future,” added Laura Stewart, RPS General Manager, Insights, Communications and Creative.
“We look forward to working together with Uber on this important engagement program to help guide its ongoing relationships with driver-partners and delivery people.”
