Recognising that the challenges of balancing parenting or carer responsibilities with work didn’t start with COVID, we are proud to launch a new program to help our Australia Asia Pacific (AAP) team strike the right balance between work and family.
The 'Families@RPS' program has been introduced to help promote a family-friendly workplace where people are supported to navigate the challenges that come with a busy work and family life.
In launching the program, we’ve partnered with membership-based organisation Parents At Work to provide access to a whole host of education, coaching and support services through their specialist online learning platform.
"RPS employs people of all stages of life. Whether you’re having a first baby or caring for elderly parents, we understand that managing life and work can be stressful. The program is our way of providing a family support network behind the people that make up our RPS family," said Diane Christensen, RPS People Director for Australia Asia Pacific.
