RPS laboratory achieves Good Laboratory Practice compliance
22 December 2020 | 1 min read
On December 22, 2020, the UK Good Laboratory Practice Monitoring Authority issued a Statement of Compliance for RPS' Bedford laboratory, satisfied that our testing facility is operating in compliance with the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice.
Around the world, mandatory testing is required to demonstrate products are safe for their intended use. The primary benefit of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is data integrity. Testing facilities such as ours are required to be a member of the GLP compliance monitoring program (MHRA) which enables our clients to submit validated data to their regulatory authority for review and approval of their product.
