The four-year contract begins in August 2021. As an industry leading service provider, RPS will apply the latest technology and innovations to deliver this contract which specifically supports leak detection in the home. The work includes visiting customer homes to advise them how to reduce their water consumption, installing water saving products and fixing leaking toilets.
Between 2021 and 2025, 45,000 water efficiency audits and retrofits are planned with an expectation these activities will reduce consumption on average by 50 litres per property per day for each home visit.
