Remote training courses - ensuring continuity for our clients

17 May 2020

As the country continues to operate under strict isolation measures, training providers are having to re-think the way they deliver their courses in a COVID-19 environment.

As a registered training organisation, we facilitate skills development for a wide range of organisations and their requirements, and our commitments didn’t disappear when the country went into lockdown.

“Despite COVID-19 causing disruption to every part of our personal and working lives, we are still here to deliver courses on behalf of our clients in the UK and across Europe” advises Daniel Luckett, Account Director at RPS.

As offices started to close their doors and teams were encouraged to work from home the ability to collaborate virtually and interact digitally became a necessity. Fortunately for RPS and our clients, we already had the inhouse infrastructure and collaboration tools set up that meant we could connect with our clients and re-shape our service delivery to enable their projects to continue.

“This includes holding our training courses online and ensuring they are delivered remotely to ensure continuity to our clients work programs” adds Daniel.

Ensuring continuity for our clients

Our Health and Safety trainers are currently delivering a bespoke training programme on behalf a client across the UK and Europe. We have been supporting our client over the last nine years with the delivery of a two-day, face to face course across six separate locations. However, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have adapted our course so we can remotely deliver a series of bite sized, interactive webinars to around 250 delegates across Europe, all over Teams.

“We believe we are stronger together” advises Daniel Luckett, Account Director at RPS. “We understand that during this time employers need to be proactive in protecting their people and minimising the risk to staff which is why we always look at innovative ways to deliver for all types of situation”

“We will continue to support our clients by delivering training via Webinar and Webchat alongside our E-Learning programs in these difficult times for everyone”.
