RPS helps Bromford Housing secure planning permission for its biggest-ever land-led site in Gloucestershire
We’re delighted to have supported client Bromford Housing in obtaining planning permission for the construction of 100 new homes at its Delavale Road site in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire.
Working on the project since late 2020, we supported Bromford Housing to secure allocation of the site in the Tewkesbury Local Plan and by providing strategic advice and co-ordinating a multi-disciplinary project team through pre-application, public consultation, submission and determination of the application.
The development will now see 100 new homes built, comprising 50 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, which will range in size from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom houses.

Work is due to get underway this month with RPS continuing to provide support post-consent, with a completion date earmarked for Summer 2026.
