RPS appointed on Metropolitan and Thames Valley Professional Services Framework

We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on the Metropolitan and Thames Valley Professional Services Framework (MTVH).

Throughout the four-year framework, we’ll deliver architecture, principal designer and employers’ agent services for projects valued at up to £50 million across the Midlands, South East and London.

Owning and managing almost 60,000 affordable homes across those three regions, MTVH offers a range of care and support services, and delivers training programs, events, and activities for their residents.

As a member of the National Housing Federation and the G15, which represents London’s largest housing associations, MTVH’s strategic aim is to build 2,000 new homes a year. This is to address the national shortage of affordable housing and help tackle the housing crisis across the country.

The news follows on from our recent placement on the Notting Hill Genesis’ Development Consultants Framework. This contract will support the delivery of around 7,000 new homes for London over the next five years.

It shows the strength in depth of our multidisciplinary offering with a range of services including landscape architecture, planning, transport and highways, cost and environmental consultancy in support of these lots.
