We are delighted to announce that planning approval has been granted for Great Charles Street – a major residential-led mixed-use scheme in Birmingham city centre.
The 39-storey residential tower will be one of the tallest across Birmingham’s skyline and plans to regenerate an area of the city that has been vacant for over 70 years.
The scheme will provide 722 new homes for rent, a gym, green spaces, roof terraces, communal lounges, co-working space and ground floor boutique retail and café-bars to offer next-generation living within the city.
Our project management team have supported client Moda Living in navigating the complex planning hurdles associated with tall buildings and large city centre residential projects and are thrilled that this exciting development has reached its next pivotal chapter.
“We are delighted to have worked with the entire development team and Birmingham City Council to secure approval for a high quality, yet commercially achievable development in an important city centre location.”
– David Browne, Director – Project Management
