Development in the South West
15 August 2019 | 1 min read
The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) estimates that construction output in the South West looks set to grow at the second highest rate in the UK with an annual average growth rate of 2.2%. This growth is underpinned by nationally and locally significant projects including: Hinkley Point (£19.6 billion); the A303 improvements / tunnel (£1.25 billion); Filton airfield redevelopment (£800 million); and the proposed University of Bristol Temple Quarter campus (£300 million).
To consider the future challenges and opportunities, this October we are bringing together development professionals from across the region who will play a key role in this growth delivery.
Enjoying an evening of drinks and networking, guests will get the chance to hear from some of the region’s senior development professionals as they share their unique insight.
In addition we will be showcasing how we are driving innovation in development to meet future demand through creative thinking and practical application of evolving technology.
