Phil Chipman

Phil has over thirty years of leadership, engineering, and major project experience; with appointments in construction, operations, and defence. He has an outstanding track record with extensive experience in project leadership, project controls, major project procurement, and management of a wide range of construction contracts including alliancing, D&C, EPCM, and PPP from inception to completion. As a client-side project director, Phil successfully delivered five dams and water storages in Queensland, and was instrumental in the planning, procurement, delivery, and operation of the Gold Coast Light Rail during Stages 1,2 and 3.

Phil brings strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, exceptional communication abilities, organisational proficiency, a collaborative mindset, and a result’s orientated focus. He’s known for being hardworking and ethical.
