Patrick is a Project Manager at RPS with experience across defence, state and federal government environments. Based in Adelaide, he brings strong project management, procurement, bid management and delivery support capability, with experience spanning defence infrastructure, government facilities, regional building and civil works, and remote asset maintenance programs.

Patrick is known for his initiative, reliability and strong problem-solving skills. He supports clients through project administration, procurement, contract administration, financial management support, reporting, handover activities, safety and security coordination, and stakeholder liaison. His experience includes supporting complex programs with multiple delivery streams, coordinating contractors and project teams, and helping improve project processes through training, workflow development and practical operating procedures.
