Liam specialises in all phases of the National Roads Project Management Guidelines. He is currently Project Manager for the Old Whitechurch Road Infrastructure Project, and prior to that he was Team Leader: CPO, Landowner Liaison and Utilities for the M28 Cork to Ringaskiddy Project.
He has been responsible for CPO documentation and landowner liaison for a number of schemes including the Limerick Southern Ring Road Phase II (Limerick Tunnel PPP). He was Project Manager for the Dunkettle Road Improvement Scheme and was an Expert Witness in relation to road design at the An Bord Pleanála Oral Hearing. Liam is a Road Safety Auditor approved by TII.
